Your name, email address, billing information, and the messages you send and receive through the service. That's it.
What we don't collect
No page analytics on the marketing site. No trackers loaded in the app. No pixel loading in your messages by default.
Where your data lives
Frankfurt, Germany (OVH) by default. EU-only. You can request US-only hosting in your account settings.
Retention
Your messages are kept until you delete them. Deleted messages are purged from all systems within 30 days. Backups are retained for 90 days.
